A CLEAR, INDEPENDENT REVIEW OF YOUR PPC ACCOUNTS.
A useful audit should tell you what is happening, why it matters to the business and what to do next. It should not be a long list of platform recommendations or a sales document designed to justify a complete rebuild.
What I review
The audit is shaped around the account and the questions you need answered. It can cover Google Ads, Meta Ads or both.
- Campaign structure and budget allocation
- Conversion actions, attribution and data quality
- Search terms, keywords and exclusions
- Shopping feeds, product segmentation and Performance Max
- Meta audiences, creative performance and account structure
- Lead quality or ecommerce performance
- Reporting, blind spots and wasted spend
What you receive
You receive a clear assessment of the account, the highest-priority issues, the opportunities worth testing and the reasoning behind each recommendation. The goal is to leave you with a usable plan, not a hundred observations with no hierarchy.
I can present the findings to you, your in-house team or your existing agency. An audit does not require you to hand over ongoing management afterwards.
When an audit is useful
An audit is particularly useful when performance has plateaued, reported results do not match business growth, you are considering changing agency or freelancer, an in-house team needs senior support, or a significant budget increase is being planned.
What I will not do
I will not manufacture problems to make the audit seem more valuable. Sometimes an account is fundamentally sound and the biggest constraint sits in the offer, creative, pricing, sales process or market. That is still a useful answer.
Frequently asked questions
Can you audit an account without taking over management?
Yes. Independent audits and second opinions are a core part of the consulting work.
Will you speak to our current agency?
Yes, where useful. The aim is to improve the work, not create unnecessary tension.
Can you audit tracking as well as campaigns?
Yes. An account cannot be assessed properly if its conversion data is unreliable.
Do you audit both ecommerce and lead generation?
Yes. The important questions and signs of quality are different, so the audit is adapted accordingly.
